MEETING WITH TRANSGENDERS
- ELITE HOTEL, THRISSUR
Kudumbashree Jilla Mission planning to start Transgenders ALG group in Thrissur district. For that kudumbashree organisation had a meeting with transgenders today at Elite Hotel, Thrissur. Seven of transgenders attented in this meeting. In this meeting they decide to form a micro Enterprises using Start Up Fund. Asist District Mission Co-ordinator Baiju Muhamed MA, District Programme Managers Smt.Reji Thomas, Sri. AdharshDayal were lead the meeting.

NEETHAM CAMPAIGN
- ALL NSG'S
Started the Gender campaign Neetham - 2018 in thrissur district. All ADS members participated in the one day programme and their family too. They discussed about their issues related to wemen and childern. Issues are related to mental, physical, sexual, vocal and look. They filled the form related to the issues suffer from their family and society. In afternoon session wemen and men discussed about the democracy in the family. Will conducted SAHAYATHRA SANGAMAM on coming 17th of this month. In that SAHAYATHRA SANGAMAM will screened the short films made by thr ADS members. With the co-operation of Film Academy arranged a film festival from Februvary 11 to 20 in this month in 14 Block panjayaths. Neetham Gender camapign is a one month programme by Kudumbashree state mission.

NATTUKKOOTTAM LOGO RELEASE
- TAGORE SENTINARY HALL, ARANATTUKKARA, THRISSUR
Kudumbashree Jilla Mission released a logo based on the programme NATTUKKUTTAM by Gender. Kudumbashree Governing Body Member Smt,Sheela Vijayakumar released the logo. Jilla Panjayath President Smt. Mery Thomas , DMC KV JyothishKumar, ADMC's Mr. BaijuMuhamed MA, Radhakrishnan K, MP Jose were participated in this programme. Gender Programme Manager Smt. U Monisha explained about the programmes like Neetham and Nattukkuttam. Distributed a booklet to all CDS chairpersons related to Neetham campaign. This campaign is a one month programme, it ends on March 8th, world Womens Day.

CDS WELCOME FUNCTION
- TAGORE SENTINARY HALL, ARANATTUKKARA, THRISSUR
Welcome ceremony of new CDS'S conducted by kudumbashree jilla mission. District Mission Co-ordinator Sri KV Jyothishkumar and staff welcomed CDS chairpersons with a flower. Assi mission co- ordinator Sri AP Jose delivered the welcome speech. DMC Sri KV Jyothishkumar took a vast presidential address to new CDS about the aim of Kudumbashree mission. Jilla Panjayath President Smt Mery Thomas inagurated the function. Smt. Sheela Vijayakumar, Governing body member of Kudumbashree made a complete version of kudumbashree activities through her speech. ADMC's of Jillamission Mr. BaijuMuhamed MA, Radhakrishnan K, MP Jose were talked about their duties in the field and office. Distict Programme Managers also talked in the meeting. New CDS chaitpersonss have a meeting in Trivandrum on Feb 10th.

Gender Resourse Persons Meeting

Kudumbashree Jilla Mission-Gender started campaign for Gender Resourse persons, Snehitha, councilors etc... District Mission Co-Ordinator KV JyothishKumar inagurated the campaign. District Progrmme Manager U Monisha take the class for members. It is a one month programme called Neetham. Today had a training class for the members. Members are trained for facing and solving the women and children related problems. Gave a booklet to members.

SVEP TED 2
- DREAM CITY HOTEL , PATTIKKAD
Thrissur Kudumbashree mission conducting three days exercise for the MEC's. SVEP TED 2 (Training for Enterprenership Development) is on Jan 29,30 and 31 at Pattikkad Dream City Hotel. Micro Enterprises Consultants participating in this programme for developing their enterprenerships. These MEC's are selected from the district. 10 am to 4 pm is the time for MEC's to partiucipate the exercises. It is a residential programme. Arathy Aravind is the DPM of SVEP.

BUDS FEST
- PRIYADARSINI HALL, OLARI, THRISSUR
Thrissur Kudumbashree Jilla Mission conducted District Buds Fest as UNARVU 2018. Ninetythree students participated in competetion and around one hundred fourty students participated in Buds Fest from three buds school and six Buds Rehabilitation Centre. Colouring, Pencil drawing, mimicry, action song, recitation, light music, single dance, fancy dress, film songs, group dance, instrumental music were in the competetion. Kudumbashree conducting the BUDS fest for physically handicaped and mentally retarded students who are avoiding from the society. Students danced very well and mymiked more than a professional artist. They played Chenda very well. Fancy dress travelled through the relevent social issues and in history. Mahathma Gandhi, Subhash Chandra Bose, Parasuraman, old malayali lady, sankaracharya, Sakunthala etc...
Kondhazhi BRC became the Over All Champion in the Buds fest 2018. AP Aneesh is the Individual champion in the fest. From this competetion selecting the students for state level Buds Fest. There had a team of Medial group in the programme hall to help the buds students.
Thrissur District Panjayath President Mrs.Mery Thomas inagurated the closing ceremony. Thrissur Corporation Mayor Mrs.Ajitha Jayarajan presided the programme. Trophies are distributed to the participants who came to the first, second and third positions. Distributed certificates to all the students who compiteted in the BUDS fest. Kudumbashree Thrissur District Mission Co Ordinator Mr.KV Jyothish Kumar said the welcome speech and Assi.District Mission Co Ordinator Mr MP Jose says the thanks of vote.

KUDUMBASHREE MISSION AND AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT MEETING
- ELITE HOTEL, THRISSUR
Thrissur District Kudumbashree Mission and Agricultural department converging a programme for Kudumbashree members mainly for Jeeva members and Nattuchandha team. For uplifting nattuchandha is the main topic of this session. Principal Agricultural Officer Sri.P Abdul Majid inagurated the one day programme. In 86 Panjayaths, 48 CDS already started nattuchandha. Agricultural department allocating One Lakh for other 38 CDS, who had no Nattuchandha programme. Agricultural Deputy Director Srimathi Kala, Srimathi Mini (Markreting) were addressed the gathering. Kudumbashree District mission CO Ordinator Sri JyothishKumar, Asi. Mission Co Ordinators Sri Baiju Muhamme MA and Sri Radhakrishnan K, Agriculture officers, Srimathi Deepa K.N ( DPM, MKSP & AH) , Sri Sobhu Narayanan (DPM Marketing), Block Co Ordinators were participated the programme.

MOTIVATION TRAINING FOR NEWLY ENTROLLED CANDIDATES OF PIA

Thrissur District Kudumbashree Mission conducted one day motivation camp for students who are undergoing the DeenDhayal Grameen Kausalya Yojana trainning programme. Thrissur District Sub Collector Dr.Renuraj IAS inagurated the session.Kudumbashree mission District Co Ordinator Sri.JyothishKumar presided the programme. Hundred students were participated in this programme, from the agencies like Mega Industries and Edu Jobs. Kudumbashree will organize a food fest at Kerala Agriculture University Campus, Vellanikkara as part of Vaiga Food Fest. Vaiga is an International seminar cum exhibition organized by Govt. Kerala. The programme will commence from 27-12-2017 to 31-12-2017

Food Fest @ State School Kalolsavam 2018

Kudumbashree arranged a food fest on the event of State School Kalolsavam. Various units from Kozhikode, Kannur, Kasarkod, Malappuram and Thrissur are participationg. From Calicut transgender ME Punarjanmam will serve 7 Sister Juice. The event is from 6th Jan 2018 to 10-01-2018

Saantwanam Kit Distribution - State Level

Saantwanam is one of the major ME actvities in the state. The function was inaugurated by Dist. Panchayat President Sheela Vijaya Kumar, presided by DMC, Thrissur and Dr. Vijaya Kumar, Director, HAP gave key note address. 20 Kits were distributed by HAP.

Kudumbashree, as a part of our Tribal programs, conducted a two-day training for ST promoters and Animators at DBCLC Thrissur, Classes were lead by DMC, ADMC and DPM's of Thrissur Mission. There is also a specialised session for Yoga, Leadership and group dynamics lead by professionals.
