Different housing schemes implemented in the Kottakkal under different schemes

 

  1. Bhavanapadhathi General

 

Under the scheme of Janakeeyasuthrana municipality gave financial assistance of 200000/- for the houses with a range of 25-60m2 for Bhavanapadhathi General. In the housing survey at the first stage there are 278 beneficiaries. When ration card became an essential criterion, the number beneficiaries reduced to 169. Out of 169 beneficiaries, 140 completed. This scheme provided the assistance for beneficiary who had land.

 

  1. Bhavanapadhathi General

 

Under the scheme of Janakeeyasuthrana municipality gave financial assistance of 200000/- for the houses with a range of 25-60m2 for Bhavanapadhathi General. In the housing survey at the first stage there are 62 beneficiaries. When ration card became an essential criterion, the number beneficiaries reduced to 42. Out of 42 beneficiaries, 25 completed. This scheme provided the assistance for beneficiary who had land.

 

  1. Ashraya

 

Ashraya scheme was introduced in the municipality to help the Ashrya beneficiay. In this scheme beneficiaries got 1.5 lakhs for 3 cent land purchase and 2 lakhs for house construction. 25 beneficiaries had identified and provided land and house.
