SVEP District Level Inauguration
- Town Hall, Cheruthoni
Startup Village Entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP) ,a sub scheme of NRLM is Launched in Idukki Block of Idukki District by Honourable M P Adv. Sri Joice George on 5th October 2018 at Cheruthoni Town Hall in the presence of Honourable M.L.A Sri Roshi Augustine and Block Panchayat President Sri Augustine Azhagathu. Panchayat Presidents ,Panchayat representatives, Assistant District Mission Coordinator Srimathi. Binu R, District Programme Manager Athira Kurup M P ,Mentor Sojin P, Kudumbashree District Mission Team, SVEP Team also present there.

Inauguration of Legal Aid Clinic

Inauguration of Snehitha Legal Aid Clinic will be done by Hon'ble Sub Judge Dineshan N Pillai. The legal aid clinic, which will provide legal assistance for needy, aims to address issues related to women and children. Weekly sitting of a women legal officer will be provided at Snehitha Home at Idukki.

ESTP mobilisation campaign & screening of candidates by STP - has been conducted on 07/05/2018 at Kattappana municpality. 64 candidates participated in the campaign. Mr.Suresh, AMET College Adoor,Coordinator - Banking and accounting, Jeevaniyam Ayur Vedha Hospital- Course Ayurvedha Spa theraphy, AIMS, WayLine Management etc are introduced the details of the course to the candidates.

The Taskforce meeting has been conducted on 13/06/2018 at Kattappana municipality. All the taskforce committee members and beneficiaries participated in the taskforce meeting. Altogether, 72 SEP-I individual entreprise applications and 3 SEP-Group entreprise applications has been approved.

A Special Graiding & Linkage ADS level NHG Meeting has been condcuted on 07/05/2018 to 19/05/2018 at Municipal Conference hall, Kattappana. All the NHG members from 34 ADS participated in the meeting. Also municipal Chairman Adv. Manoj.M.Thomas participated in the meeting and explained the significance of self employment programme in productive sector. CDS chairperson, CDS accountant, Member secretary , Health Supervisor, Health Inspector, Block Co-ordinators & NULM team also participated in the meeting.
