DAY-NULM is being implemented in Kerala since May 2015. There has been remarkable progress in implementation which addresses the livelihood concerns of the urban poor. The state received the National award for the best performing state FY2017-18. State wide campaign SPARSHAM was launched with the caption " Reaching the Unreached ". The campaign aimed at identifying the real need of the urban poor and the excluded ones from the Kudumbashree network. The data obtained from this campaign has formed the basis of setting targets under the various components of NULM for FY2018-19.
