The project is being implemented in Kottappady, Nedumbassery and Elamkunnappuzha in the district. The Kudumbashree District Mission has formed the 'Any Time Milk' Project by utilizing the financial assistance given by the District Panchayath for the financial year 2022-23 for the beneficiaries of the 'Ksheerasagaram' project, who find livelihood through cow rearing. There are more than 200 Ksheerasagaram units in the district. There are five people in a unit.

Areas where there is less chance of getting quality milk and high demand for milk have been selected for implementation of the project.
