Neetham Campaign District Meet
- Royal Auditorium Pathanamthitta
Neetham Campaign 2018 District Meet and Women's Day Celebration will be on 7th and 8th March 2018 at Royal Auditorium Pathanamthiita. Seminars will lead by Shri. Jagajeevan (Consultant, Waste Eradication), Dr,. Jaisy Philip (Psychologist). Veena George MLA will inaugrate the function and District Collector R. Girija IAS will give the Keynote Address.

Distribution of Aids and and Assistive Devices to Physically Disabled and Honouring Ekatha Olympics and Buds Fest Winners
- St. Stephen's Auditorium Pathanamthitta
Central government, Pathanamthitta District Administration, Kudumbashree District Mission, National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled, Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) and Rotary club were jointly organized the program Pratheeksha for disabled persons, which is organized for providing assistive devices on free of cost to such persons. Under the joint effort of District administration and Kudumbashree Mission 12 assessment camps were conducted to identify the disabled persons. The camp was conducted from 07.11.2016 to 26.11.2016 in 12 venues in different locations of the district’s 1523 beneficiaries were identified in the camp. Here in the venue we are about to distributing the assistive devices worth about Rs. 1 crore for the persons with disabilities identified.
Persons with locomotor disability, hearing disability, visual disability, mental retardation and multiple disability etc. will be provided with assistive devices like hearing aids, MR Kits, MSIESD kits, wheel chair, rolators, tricycles, walking stick, braille kits, crutches and artificial limbs. I appreciate the officials from the Government of India, Government of Kerala, ALIMCO and Kudumbashree for their earnest effort in conducting the camp and organizing such a beautiful ceremony which reveals our commitment to the society who need helping hands.
