OORU MUPPAN TRAINING FOR TRIBAL LEADERS
- Integrated Rural Technology Centre (IRTC) ,Mundur
Two day training programme for empowering local leadership held for Ooru muppans or tribal leaders.The residential programme was conducted on August 1st & 2nd ,2017 at IRTC ,Mundur in Palakkad .The programme witnessed participation of 29 Oorumuppans from the tribal communities of Palakkad.

' SUJALAM ' WELL RECHARGE MISSION TEAM TRAINING

Kudumbshree District Mission Team Has created a dedicated team of 26 women from Kadambazhipuram Gramapanchayath as Master Trainers of District wide Well Recharge Mission. These 26 Women were Trained at IRTC Mundur for Two Days. The Training was a Hands on Experience to the Group. These Group will Engage in the Well echarge activities in Kadambazhipuram Grama Panchayath (1000 well will be recharged at Kadambazhipuram) and will act as Master Trainers to train the Other Mission Team Members in other Grama Panhayaths.

Meeting to Standing Committee Chairmans/Chairpersons

Training to Standing Committee Chairmans/Chairpersons of various Grama Panchayaths of Palakkad District conducted at Gazala Inn, Palakkad on 26/07/2017. 109 persons were participated in this training. This program inaugurated by Palakkad District Panchayath Vice President Sri.T.K Narayanadas. Kudumbashree Governing Body member smt.Risha Premkumar also participated in this program. District Mission Co-ordinator gave an introductory speech about various programs of Kudumbashree. Then Assistant District Mission Co-ordinators were presented about various projects of MF, ME, SD and MKSP.

A Special Review Meeting conducted in perumatty GP in connection with review of various sectors of Kudumbashree. Kudumbashree governing body member Smt Risha Premkumar chaired the meeting and GP President G Marimuthu, Standing Commitee chairman K Suresh, DMC P Saithalavi, CDS Chairperson Sunitha, ADMC Premdas SV, Consultant Sabitha and Consultant Asha reviewed all kudumbashree activities in the panjayath. All GP members and CDS, ADS members were present in the meeting
